    My friends and I had a garage band in the late 90s. We played
    <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man_in_the_Box">Man in the Box</a>
    and Metallica's <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enter_Sandman">Enter
    Sandman</a> at the end-of-year assembly in 9th grade. It was possibly the
    most cliche late 90s setlist of all time.<glacius:cite>Luckily for us
    Papa Roach's <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Last_Resort_(song)">Last Resort</a>
    was still a few months away from taking over America.</glacius:cite> 
    It was a good time. I wore a white wig (?) and our bass player dyed his hair green. 
    Truly the halcyon days of our youth.

<p>
    I used to love this song and then we practiced it like 200 times and then
    I was pretty much over it. But time is a flat circle and here I am again,
    unable to escape the allure. You could say I am that man. That man in the box.

    Or whatever.
