<p>
    I recently bought a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ratt">Ratt</a>
    tab book because why not? As I was leafing
    through it looking for cool solos, I was left disappointed. I thought
    for sure a glam metal band from the 80s would have some serious
    wankery-style solos in it, but not really. It was all pretty
    uninteresting. So I decided to just cover
    <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27NMF6u14DU">Lay It Down</a>
    because that riff is awesome, even if the solo is quite
    <em>meh</em>.

<p>
    The outro part was pretty boring since it's mostly Stephen Pearcy screaming
    about how you should "lay it down" ("and how!") followed by a super lazy
    fade-out (is there another kind of fade-out?). So I shredded at the end
    to give it a mildly satisfying finish.
