Ratt - Lay It Down - Solo

This article is part 41 of 52 in the 2022 music project series.

I recently bought a Ratt tab book because why not? As I was leafing through it looking for cool solos, I was left disappointed. I thought for sure a glam metal band from the 80s would have some serious wankery-style solos in it, but not really. It was all pretty uninteresting. So I decided to just cover Lay It Down because that riff is awesome, even if the solo is quite meh.

The outro part was pretty boring since it's mostly Stephen Pearcy screaming about how you should "lay it down" ("and how!") followed by a super lazy fade-out (is there another kind of fade-out?). So I shredded at the end to give it a mildly satisfying finish.
