I've been mildly obsessed with the retro-themed
roguelike game
Rogue Fable
III for a while now. And since I've spent what is probably hundreds of hours
playing this game, I've also spent the exact same amount of time listening to its music.
And since I like
<glacius:link page="music/projects/robyn-call-your-girlfriend-transcription">transcribing things</glacius:link>,
I figured for the 4th installment of my <glacius:link series="2022 music project" /> series
I ought to transcribe some of the music.

Rogue Fable III was created by

The open hi-hat sounds terrible in the fluidsynth soundfont, but whatever, it's more
about the transcription than the resulting audio.

This MIDI conversion also doesn't sound great, because I was too lazy to figure
out how to exclude the tom fills (starting in bar 5) from the MIDI output. They're
not actually tom fills in the actual track, but it was the easiest way to notate it.

This MIDI conversion is pretty decent, I even tried to articulate it properly. It
turned out pretty good, and isn't a terrible match for the actual in-game track.
